We finally managed to prove that the hospital failed in their duty of care towards you, Kerry Ann. It has been a long, hard, painful fight, which continues, but at least we have some justice for you, and others too. I know you can’t come back to us angel, but we live in hope that no one else will have to suffer the way you did. We always knew the truth, no matter how hard they tried to cover it up and hide it. How could they ever deny that you were even there! How could they they be so callous about the loss of your precious life! We will never understand any of it... We wish with all our hearts that we could go back and make it all right again, but... If only... Know that we love you more than we can ever say. We will miss you for the rest of our lives.
